Our History
Homeland Language Services is a family-owned and operated global provider of high-quality, certified interpreting and translation services.
Established in 2016 by three brothers whose family immigrated from Peru to the USA, we deeply understand the challenges of immigration and the importance of language services. Our mission is to alleviate the hardships of moving to a new country by providing seamless communication solutions across government, healthcare, legal, social services, and business sectors. With our firsthand experience of the pain of immigration, we are dedicated to helping individuals transition to new countries and languages with greater ease and less discomfort. Our services enable effective interaction in over 120 languages, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder the journey of relocation and adaptation. Our international team of experts ensures accuracy, cultural relevance, and timely delivery.

With a combined 35 years of experience in interpreting and translation services, Luis and I have worked with federal agencies like Homeland Security, DEA, FBI, and DoD on high-profile cases, including money laundering, human smuggling, and drug cartels. Ernesto, a disabled combat veteran with a background in logistics and operations, brought invaluable expertise to our team. His military service and our extensive network of over 1500 government-cleared linguists inspired us to establish our company. We recognized the opportunity to provide top-tier services, grounded in a deep understanding of the industry's complexities and unique challenges. This inspired us to start our own company.
We began by taking on state and private contracts, focusing on translation and on-site medical interpretation. As we expanded, we registered with multiple government entities, secured our GSA schedule, and obtained ISO certification, enabling us to bid on federal contracts. Often, clients come directly to us, including veteran hospitals, Homeland Security, airports, and border patrol. From starting as three founders, we've grown to a team of 40 employees spread across South America, Central America, the US, Europe, and Africa. Our growth reflects our dedication to delivering high-quality language services worldwide.
